There has been a practice in New Romney for the last 40 years. In that time it has developed from being primarily agricultural with a small amount of companion animals to dealing exclusively with small animals.
The team comprises of Lindsay White who joined the practice in 2008 and is now one of the directors, Beccy, a full time RCVS registered nurse, and 6 receptionists, Sue Alderson, Dot Parr, Jane Haylett, Valerie Payne, Anne Bright and Carol Rose. Naomi Horwood and the other assistant vets divide their time between the Ashford hospital and the new Romney surgery
Over the years, the surgery has been extensively refurbished and remodelled so that behind the cottage façade there are up to date modern facilities. It has been awarded tier 2 status by the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons.
The surgery is equipped to deal with all manner of cases, with its’ on site laboratory, X-ray and operating facilities. This gives you the convenience of a local practice equipped to deal with the majority of your needs. Should your pet require more intensive care, or investigations, then we can arrange for this to be carried out at our hospital in Ashford.
